Whether you’re doing team, organisation or community planning, bringing people together to work up a project, or another variety of group discussion, an independent facilitator will enable you to keep on task and achieve your intended outcomes.
IMPARTIAL FACILITATION
Karen can offer impartial facilitation for your activities:
YOU are the subject matter experts and will decide how you want your session run and the outcomes you want to achieve. You or others you bring to the session will lead much of the discussion and write up the outcomes.
WE will keep the session on track and on time. We will ensure that the discussion isn’t dominated by a few, but that all participants are enabled to contribute. We may identify key themes arising from the discussion to inform your later collation and write-up. We will assist you to make the activity a success and achieve your desired outcomes.
PROACTIVE FACILITATION
Karen can offer proactive facilitation for your activities:
YOU brief us on the outcomes you wish to achieve and provide an overview of your expectations in relation to the content of the session.
WE will lead the discussion and keep it on track and on time. We will provide opportunities for all participants to contribute to the successful outcomes of the session.
