INTRODUCING KAREN LEGGE
Karen has established herself as a leading expert on the Integrated Planning & Reporting (IP&R) framework of the NSW Local Government Act. She has worked for a decade with councils across NSW to support their initial implementation of the IP&R framework, and later to enhance councils’ capabilities in relation to their ongoing IP&R responsibilities. Karen has been a regular speaker at IP&R conferences and events, has facilitated IP&R workshops for council practitioners, conducted councillor training, and worked with State Government agencies to engage with local councils’ planning and reporting.
